COCONUT CHUTNEY
¼ teaspoon Stevia
5 capsules Digestazon Plus
5 capsules Aquazon
2 cups grated fresh coconut
1-2 green chilis
1 inch-piece of fresh ginger, peeled and
sliced
½ cup fresh mint
¼ cup blanched almonds
½ - ¾ cups water
3 tablespoons lime or lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt to taste
Place all ingredients in food processor or
electric blender. For best results, first
blend ginger and chilies. Add the almonds,
mint, water and then the rest of the
ingredients, coconut last. Blend until you
get a fine and smooth consistency.
Variations: You can use unsweetened flake
coconut or coconut powder. If you use dry
coconut, you may need to use more water. You
may also try this recipe with yogurt or
buttermilk instead of water. Reduce lemon
juice in this case.
This is a great appetizer and digestion
booster.
BAHUAJA NUT BUTTER
4 capsules Aquazon
12 drops Stevia tincture
¼ cup raw, unsalted almond or cashew butter
Mash everything together. Use as a spread or
dip.
JOHN’S FAVORITE
SALAD DRESSING
1 teaspoon Una de Gato
2 capsules Aquazon
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1-2 teaspoons olive oil
Dash cayenne pepper
Combine ingredients, shake and pour over
salad greens.

GODDESS ILLUMINATION
2 droppersful Illumination
1/3 cup flax oil
1/3 cup purified water
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons raw almond butter
2 tablespoons raw tahini
5 cherry tomatoes
1 small raw beet
1 medium size avocado
3 thin slices ginger
½ cup fresh cilantro
3 squirts Braggs’ Aminos
Juice of one lemon
Mix ingredients in a blender and serve over
salad.
This beautiful dressing is happy food. The
illumination dressing gives me the burst of
energy I need to get through the day.
RAINFOREST FRUIT
DIP
1 tablespoon Metabazon
5 drops Stevia
3-4 capsules Aquazon
3-4 capsules Sumacazon
1 cup yogurt, kefir, soy yogurt or goat
yogurt
1 teaspoon unsweetened organic cocoa powder
or carob
Dash of cinnamon
Stir ingredients together. Dilute the yogurt
slightly with water, tea or fruit juice for
a more fluid dip and serve with sliced fresh
fruits.
UÑA DE GATO YOGURT
DRESSING
Uña de Gato Honey Vinegar
Goat yogurt
Braggs’ Liquid Aminos
Flax seed oil
Fresh lemon juice
Water
Combine ingredients and enjoy on salad.
MERRY’S AMAZON HERB
DRESSING
¼ cup Una de Gato Honey Vinegar
¾ cup safflower oil
¼ cup Tamari
3/8 cup water
½ tablespoon basil leaves
½ tablespoon ground mustard
½ teaspoon dill seed
½ teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon oregano
Blend the ingredients for 2-3 minutes. Serve
over fresh salad greens.
AMAZON’S POPPY SEED
DRESSING
½ cup Rainforest Treasure Tea,
cold
2 droppersful Una de Gato Honey Vinegar
1 droppersful Metabazon (or 2 capsules)
1 droppersful Digestazon (or 2 capsules)
4 drops Stevia
½ cup soymilk
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
2 tablespoons Brewer’s Yeast
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 tablespoon Bragg’s Aminos
1 tablespoon mustard
Juice of a lemon
Pepper, herb salt and curry to taste
Put everything in your blender and mix it
until smooth. Add soymilk for consistency.
I love salads because they are fresh,
crunchy, and full of life. This light
dressing is especially good for baby greens
or herb salads. It’s also delicious with
whole grain pizza. The herbs enhance the
body’s utilization and digestion of the
salad ingredients. You will feel energized.
AQUAZON AVOCADO DIP
16 capsules Aquazon
4 ripe avocados
12 ounces sour cream
½ - 1 cup chopped onions
¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
3-4 cloves fresh, minced garlic
2 diced fresh medium tomatoes
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon of cumin
Sea salt to taste
Mash the avocados with the sour cream. Pan
fry onions, cilantro, and minced garlic. Add
tomatoes, ginger powder, and sea salt to
taste. Remove from heat and immediately add
to the avocado and sour cream, then stir in
the Aquazon. This can be used as a great dip
or guacamole.
Variations: Sesame seeds browned in ghee or
butter thrown in at the end gives it
wonderful flavor. You can serve it chilled
or at room temperature immediately after
preparation.
AQUAZON SESAME
SALAD DRESSING
3-5 capsules Aquazon
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup olive oil
½ cup water
½ cup fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dried dill
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon Celtic salt
2-3 leaves of kale
1 clove garlic
Soak the sesame seeds in filtered water for
2-4 hours. Drain the seeds and mix with all
ingredients except for Aquazon in a
high-speed blender or a Vitamix. Pour into a
jar and add the Aquazon. Mix well. Add
liquid to thin if desired. Variation: Used
as a dip for vegetables.
I love green dressings. The Aquazon makes a
beautiful color for a salad dressing. Eating
this makes me enjoy my salad more and gives
me instant energy that lasts.
DIVINE DRESSING
1 ½ tablespoons Una de Gato Honey
Vinegar
Juice of ½ of a fresh organic lemon
1 clove of garlic, sliced
2 tablespoons Tamari wheat-free soy sauce
1 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup organic flax seed oil
Put the sliced garlic in the lemon juice and
lightly pierce it to infuse the lemon juice
with the garlic flavor. Next, add the
Tamari, Una de Gato Honey Vinegar, olive
oil, and flax seed oil. Mix well and toss
with fresh salad greens.
This dressing tastes delicious over any
salad as well as dribbled on fresh bread or
as a sandwich spread. The flavors of this
dressing mix and mingle beautifully,
complementing and rounding out almost any
meal imaginable.
